Naturally, it's better and more reliable to have your own server and domain for blogging, but there are cases where hosted blogs are a valuable asset to blogging and thumblogger is one of the most reputable services. Bloggers can stay anonymous, don't need to worry about script updates/patches and they can take advantage of network tools generating more traffic to their free hosted adult blog. The best thing: all of it is free.
